Mission History

ASIST has a long and distinguished history in both satellite and instrument Integration and Test (I&T), and Mission Operations Control Centers. We have successfully developed and delivered I&T systems and/or Mission Operations Control Centers for: the X-Ray Timing Explorer (XTE), the Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM), the Far Ultraviolet Spectrographic Explorer (FUSE), the Microwave Anisotropy Probe (MAP), the Imager for the Magnetosphere (IMAGE). All of these systems are highly acclaimed and successful, and are still on-orbit under ASIST development or control.

Currently, we are supporting the Integration and Test and Mission Operations Control Centers for the Solar Dynamics Obersvatory (SDO), and the Lunar Crater Exploration and Sensing Satellite (LCROSS).
